Children’s Ministry
We recognize the urgent need to pass on the truth of God to the next generation, and therefore, we long for our children to be taught about
“the glorious deeds of the Lord, his might, and the wonders that He has done” (Psalm 78:4).

And because we believe the home is the primary place of Biblical instruction, we desire to see parents who have been shaped and fashioned by God’s Word who then take every opportunity to declare the truths of Scripture to their children. Therefore, as a church, we want to partner with parents in teaching and discipling their children. Below are some the ways we seek to do that:
Sunday Mornings
Nursery
Nursery is available for children birth through 3 years old during morning worship and during Life Groups (Bible study).
Children’s Church
Children’s Church is offered every week during morning worship for children ages 4-5.
Kid Factory
Kid Factory is offered once a month during morning worship for children grades 1-5.
Bible Study
There are Bible Study classes for every age group of children (through 5th grade).
Sunday Evenings
iSing‘
iSing is our church’s children’s choir which meets Sunday evenings at 5 PM.
Sunday Evenings
AWANA
Awana is an evangelism and discipleship program designed for children. The founders of AWANA derived the name from the first letters of “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” which is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.
AWANA meets every Wednesday evening (with the exception of the summer months) from 5:45-7:15.
Summer Activities
Vacation Bible School
VBS is coming soon! Held in our church June 6-10th, 9 AM -12 PM, this year’s theme is Big Apple Adventure, “Where Faith and Life Connect”. Join our children as they learn about God’s word and the plan he has for their lives. VBS is free and open to any child age 4 – 5th Grade. Our mission focus for this year is to help raise funds to buy school supplies for the children at the Dream Center in Jackson.
Romans 10:17 “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”
Wednesday, June 8 we will have VBS Family Night. Parents are invited to attend a Times Square dinner at 5 with VBS entertainment provided by the children at 6.
CentriKid
CentriKid is a five day, four night camp for 3rd–6th graders to experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ! From the future sports star to the young scientist to the rising chef, every kid gets to participate in exciting activities of their choice. This summer, we will be attending Shocco Springs Conference Center in Alabama July 4-8. If your child has not been to camp before, this is an incredible opportunity to let them experience both the fun of camp and the awesome power of Jesus’ love.
