Christ-Centered Community

That is what we are all about. We love God and we love each other wherever we are in our lives. We challenge each other to grow in faith, wisdom, and truth in Life Groups and weekly Bible studies. We have an incredible time serving together whether its at First Baptist, here in Jackson, or in other communities.

If you’re looking for something to get connected with other students and young adults like you, this is your place. If you’re looking to be challenged to live a life that honors God with purpose and meaning, this is your place. If God is calling you to do something and you have no idea what to do, we understand, we’re on that journey too. This is your place.

Wednesday Night Common Ground

Common Ground Logo

Common Ground is a weekly come-as-you-are worship gathering geared toward young adults who share a passion for community centered around the Word of God. Headed by Rob Armstrong (student pastor) and some other great men and women who love college-aged students, our weekly gatherings are designed to challenge you on both a personal and spiritual level and teaches you how to uniquely apply the Scriptures to your life. We invite you to experience the relaxed atmosphere, make new friends, and enjoy worship as you connect with a loving God who has a plan and purpose for your life. We kick-off at 8 PM in The Hub (upstairs youth room).
